That dude Brett Boag is one of the major players in the industry. Everyone at the Seattle Hempfest either works for him or with him and he spends lots of money on the High Times people. He is the official High Times travel agency and I know he is always partying and hanging with High Times people when I see him in Seattle. I have seen him in Seattle only for the last four years or so, but I go there every year. Since the very first year. I think Mr. Boag, if that is his real name?, is a federal informant and has used government money to buy his way into the cannabis movement because he has become so famous so fast.

I support Craig in his quest to end the prohibition of cannabis. God is the only way we are ever going to legalize marijuana for everyone. It clearly is a plant that God made and I am proud to say that I became a believer in Jesus Christ because of Craig's influence. I first met him in Seattle at the Hempfest and I have a signed copy of his book 9021GROW.

I didn't know that Robert was busted but Bret had told me that he was busted...that is why he wanted to see me...he told me that he wanted to know more about the Bible and God because he had always lived a somewhat more wild life...he brags about extramarital affairs and such and doesn't live a life of service where he puts others first that is for sure....so when he told me about his troubles and the fact that he was searching for a new way of life...I was trying to be a soul winner and figured that when people are in trouble...ie Paris Hilton...they some times find God...sure it may not last once they our out of trouble, but that is not for me to decide when someone asks for help in understanding the Truth....anyway, I was aware that Bret had been busted...he was talking smack about law enforcement officers and saying that they left 20 pounds behind and that is what he was in L.A. to sell...at first he was offering me money to drive around to the medical marijuana clubs with him and help him to get rid of the Med Pot that he left....it is so obvious that he is a federal informant it is laughable that he was denying it last week...like I have been telling people I have already forgiven him...I am not even mad and I understand why he did what he did...he has a family....but I still think what he did was wrong....and I don't really want to be hanging out with him any time soon...so, yes he was busted before coming to the temple, but that didn't stop me from speaking with him...or from suspecting that he'd work with the feds...the question I wonder is has he been a fed all along or did he just get busted and decide to work with them because he was afraid of the government and turned to them for help rather than turning to God...and know he'll have to live with that for the rest of his life....as for me I turn to God because He has never let me down....Amen!

Today, Wednesday, November 8th 2006, there was a "raid" on the Hollywood Blvd. Temple. When I arrived there were 2 lovely ladies outside filming the happenings going on inside and outside the temple. They alerted me of a quote unquote "raid" happening at the temple. All plain clothes officers, about 12 of them in all, were roaming the temple checking things out. Craig was carted off in handcuffs approximately 20 minutes after I got there. According to accounts from the females at hand it was a state raid (not a federal raid), and they were taking Craig to the Hollywood Wilcox Precinct.

Currently this is a great community that built up with the temple, and I personally believe in its existence bettering humanity. It also pushes the envelope on cannabis activism. I'm currently looking for anyone on here or otherwise that may have information pertaining to the status of the physical "temple", and wish to know the current legal state surrounding Craig. If anyone could please direct me towards a contact for Craig and/or someone who is aware of the situation, it would be GREATLY appreciated. I thank everyone for their time, and urge everyone to send thoughts/prayers Craig's way.

I am working on posting some of the videos to youtube or google....I don't have a DVD player on my computer, so I can't do it from home...I went to Kinko's the other night to try and upload it from there with no success apparently, I have since put an add on craigslist looking for someone to help me, but it there is any one in the Los Angeles area that can help me please let me know...in the mean time I have been trying to get copies out to media and a few friends, so they'll always be around...as well the prosecutor has copies.

This, Rubin proclaims, carries the prayers of Temple 420 to God.

That's the God of Isaac and of Jesus, because members are Christians and Jews. That makes the congregation Rubin founded last summer unique.

But what really sets it apart - and the reason Rubin will be in court Friday - is the temple's use of marijuana as a religious sacrament.

"I am willing to preach the Bible and go to jail if it means getting my message out there," the 41-year-old Panorama City man said. And he knows how strange that sounds.

"I'm a Jewish kid from Beverly Hills who went to UCLA. I could have been a lawyer making $250 an hour like the rest of my friends, or a TV producer. Instead, I'm teaching the Bible, selling weed on Hollywood Boulevard, facing seven years in jail - of course I'm crazy."

The temple's problems actually began as a poisoning
investigation performed by homicide detectives. One day last fall, a delivery driver and a security guard were given baked goods from Temple 420, said police spokesman Kevin Maiberger. Both became violently ill and almost died.
No charges came of that, but a few weeks later, on Nov. 3, an undercover officer joined Temple 420. Five days later, at 4:20 p.m., police raided it.

i have loked at allpostings nd on web to serch fortruth. Trying to make sense of all this. Here it goes:

Example 1) police want to set up prostitution sting.
Sometimes they send in lady posing as hooker to bust johns.
Sometimes they send in man posing as john to bust hookers.

Example 2) police set up drug sting
Sometimes they pose as buyers to bust dealers then charge dealer for illegal Sales
Sometimes they pose as dealers to bust buyers then charge buyer for illegal]buys

reading previus posts police send in undercover agent (Tracie lady)to buycannabis,( thus being able to charge Craig with selling pot )5 days b4 raid. This is what Craig is charged with. SALES.

Craig alleges mr. boag cane in day of raid to try to sell pot to Craig in attemt at set up for illegal buy. this do not make sense if Boag came in on day of raid. when did Boag first come to temple to arrange setup? Aparently, Brian roberts is brother of Rubin. rented furnished house to Rubin in Hollywood. Rubin failed to pay rent and Roberts had to take Rubin to eviction court. After court roberts returned to house to find all furnishings missing. House was trashed also.

Oh well, I have never used my brother's name on this web site. Even though we have not spoken for years I know that the person writing as "For the Truth" is my brother. One he cheated his way through college paying his friend to take classes for him. His degree from UCSB is worthless. As you can see from his writing sample he can't write. My poor brother is practically illiterate. Secondly, the 21 of June happened to be his birthday, so what better thing does he have to do to celebrate than visit my web site and try to bad mouth me.

My brother never won a judgement against me. He is a liar and a theif. He stole my image and likeness and reproduced it. As well he stole from his own business, which he no longer owns. So, if anyone can find any proof of a judgement that my brother won from me on the Internet please let them do so...it is not there because it never happened...and if you have the documents that you claim to have found on the Internet...please post a link or the judgement, so we can all see....for my part I am posting a few of the photos I'll be using as evidence in a court of law....not randomly spewing rumor on the Internet.

Further, it was my brother who introduced me to Bret Bogue and thus to Robert Ayala the supposed brother of Bret. My wife is certain that our arrest and the set up by Bret Bogue had something to do with my brother who is the executor of my father's estate. My brother and I used to be best friends until my brother started going around telling people that he was the Messiah. He claimed to have a dream in the swamps of Florida where god told him that everyone was their own Messiah and that he was The Messiah of his own life....whatever that means....my brother is not well educated and a little knowledge can sometimes be a dangerous thing.

I think that Bret is a CIA operative because he was involved with setting up many medical marijuana business and keeping them supplied. I think that the profits from these enterprises might be funelled into Black Ops. Further, in the videos of Bret from 2004 he claims to be one of only 33 people to have survived this rare form of cancer, but somehow he can't remember the name of it....does that make sense.

And, it gets even stranger. As I wrote on this sight when it happened OJ Simpson's attorney Robert Shapiro contacted us right after the incident. I was shocked and surprised to be approached by such a high power attorney...well after last night I am not so shocked. We have now seen in the video the agents who are part of the raid, the ones who are with Bret and Robert when they get the sacrament out of the car, going in and out of LEGALZOOM.com a business owned by Robert Shapiro...and it is not like a Kinko's with branches everywhere. The law enforcement agents are using a door that is not normally used by the public. On the video it can clearly be seen that the officers who were at the raid are at Robert Shapiro's office. Quite a coonicidence?

Now, to attack my brother's logic...why would the feds want to come in when they already had us selling 3.5 grams of marijuana to an undercover officer who joined our temple?

The fact is we barely had any marijuana in the temple at the time of the raid prior to Bret coming in. He originally offered to pay me to drive around LA with him, but instead I called John Fairbairn who was arrested that night and let go the following day. Then Bret and his brother offered to front me 20 pounds, but told them that it would not be appropriate given the relative small size of our church. So, Bret and Robert were there to make sure that the amount of marijuana recovered at the raid was large. Robert can be seen talking with Tracye Fields #33844 the undercover agent who joined our temple in the parking lot of the temple.

Brown and ? can be seen with Bret in the parking lot hours prior to the raid...these are also the gentlemen seen coming in and out of Robert Shapiro's legalzoom.com, a business on the corner of El Cerrito and Hollywood Blvd....then Robert Shapiro called me to solicit our business....my wife, Adam and I were so excited we all went to the meeting...and all the while he was already cooperating with the law enforcement agents who busted us....I am sure that is unethical if not all together illegal...we just discovered that last night and I called Mr. Shapiro's office and left his secratary a polite message asking Mr. Shapiro to get back to me regarding what I had seen on the video. I have not heard back from him yet.
